Description
RK Wafer Check Valves are ideally suitable for horizontal application in oil, gas, water, refining, power and chemical applications where the prevention of flow reversal is mandatory.
Wafer check valves use a swinging disc to allow or block flow. Their design allows them to be fitted in extremely tight spaces – where the flanged check valve can not be used. The wafer check valves have moulded bodies around the area where the disc opens up.
The valve is ideal for pump discharge duties. The eccentric mounted hinge pin in combination with the disc seat guarantees a positive shut off of the returning media.
